Ruffled Bottomed Bloomers!

So my sister has 2 year old twin girls and was looking for those ruffled bottomed bloomers that used to be soo popular and outrageously priced.  She unfortunately could not find any, so I decided I would try my hand at them.  They are 3T and I could not find a pattern that I liked that was that size.  I combined two patterns and actually came up with something that was not horrible!  I was so excited, because I have never just made up a pattern.  Seeing as I dont have any of my own children, I have never seen what size 3T bloomers would be; well I NAILED it, way to go me!  Haha, I was pretty excited.  They turned out pretty cute, except where I sewed one row of my ruffle bias tape on upside down...oops!  Oh well I dont think that any one will know!
